Parvinder “Par” Chadha is an extremely accomplished entrepreneurial professional with experience in building businesses and completing mergers, acquisitions, and public offerings. Mr. Chadha currently acts as both the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Investment Officer of global private equity fund HandsOn Global Management (HGM), as well as the Chairman of SourceHOV, a global Transaction Processing Services (TPS) and Enterprise Information Management (EIM) leader. In addition, he owns big data mining and information platform Rule14, LLC, and he has founded several other technology startups working in healthtech, fintech, big data mining, and other industries.

Mr. Chadha exhibits a passion for taking innovative companies to the next level, and his time at HGM has allowed him to excel in this capacity. Since founding HGM in 2001 with his wife, Sharon Chadha, and co-founder Dr. Xin Cheng, Mr. Chadha has successfully curated a stable of up-and-coming technology-enabled service companies that showed promise both in experienced management teams and the potential for significant improvement in performance.

One such company, SourceHOV, has not only benefitted from this dedication to development under majority ownership by HGM and its affiliates, but it has flourished under the guidance and leadership provided by Mr. Chadha as Chairman, growing revenue from approximately $150 million in 2007 to nearly $1 billion in 2016. SourceHOV, a leader in global Transaction Processing Solutions (TPS) and Enterprise Information Management (EIM) services, is comprised of a global workforce of approximately 16,000 employees, operating in 120 locations in 50 countries spread across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.

In addition, Par Chadha and his wife founded Rule14, a big data mining and information company, employing a highly-skilled team of engineers, computer scientists, mathematicians, data scientists, and linguists focused on making big data mining accessible to clients across the globe. He has also founded over a dozen startup technology companies, and along with Mrs. Chadha and Dr. Cheng, he recently obtained a patent for real-time and adaptive data mining that has promising applications across a broad range of industries.

Prior to embracing his current business ventures, Mr. Chadha founded Osicom Technologies, Inc. in 1981 with Mrs. Chadha. He acted as Chairman and CEO for the company, which went public in 1987. Osicom Technologies rose to prominence due to industry-leading innovations, including early transition from mainframe-based networking to server-based networking, followed by a transition from overlay networks to converged data, voice, and video networks. During his tenure at Osicom Technologies, Mr. Chadha oversaw the acquisition of 14 different technology companies, and the subsequent founding of three new, industry-leading companies, including local area, wide area, and storage area networking company Entrada Networks, Inc.; networking systems-on-silicon company Netsilicon, Inc.; and metro optical networking company Sorrento Networks, Inc.

Mr. Chadha attended Punjab Engineering College in Chandigarh, India (PEC University of Technology), where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in electrical engineering. He also completed graduate-level courses in computer science at the Illinois Institute of Technology.
