The early levels are easily doable by yourself, but if you want to make life easier going forward, then trying to group up with a set of players may be the best way forward. It will make it so you can cope much more with the likes of quests this way, and even make fetch quests a bit more interesting, though you won’t benefit as much from drops individually. Despite this, having a group with you to quickly sift through mobs and more will make the experience far less frustrating.
